I'm Dan Beard, the Team Mechanic. I fix teams, not just processes.

For over two decades, I’ve worked with organizations to transform underperforming teams into high-functioning units that deliver consistent results. My journey began in software development, where I spent 16 years in the trenches coding, leading projects, and eventually managing teams. This hands-on experience taught me that technical excellence alone doesn’t create successful organizations – it’s the human element that makes the difference.

Why I Do This Work
